Delivery & Returns Policy
1- Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. You also might receive a call from our Customer Care team to clarify or confirm certain information regarding your order.
2- in case of incomplete order, damaged or incorrect products, please contact Rosette pharmacies Customer care immediately.
3-Customers have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery date under the following terms and conditions:
· Purchase invoice is necessary for return services.
· To protect our customers, and for health and hygiene purposes, some items are not eligible for return nor exchange such as but not limited to injections, Items that require special storage conditions such as refrigerator medicines, baby food, medicinal, botanical, health medicines and nutritional supplements.
· Returned items (unless defective or damaged) must be in their original condition.
4- You have the right to receive your refund against returned items in the same form of payment made at time of original purchase. For example, if you bought items in cash you will receive your refund in cash.
