Differin Cream Adapalene for acne is used topically, and it can help to cleanse and unblock the pores, while also decreasing the amount of acne pimples and spots formed. Some patients have used it for keratosis pilaris. This medication is used to treat acne. It may decrease the number and severity of acne pimples and promote quick healing of pimples that do develop.
